NEXO connects available freight with relevant registered drivers through structured dispatch coordination, while keeping the commercial conversation directly between the broker and the carrier.
NEXO is a technology-enabled dispatch coordination platform for independent carriers and drivers. We organize available freight opportunities and present relevant matches to registered drivers based on their operating profile, equipment, and location.
Why you hear from us
Your company appears in the public FMCSA register with active broker authority, or it publishes available loads on its own website under terms that request written permission for commercial use. We take your company name, DOT number and business email from the public FMCSA register. We write to you once, and at most one reminder follows.
How your loads are used
- You send your available loads by email, as a list or in the body of the message, or you authorize us to access the loads posted on your website.
- With your written permission, we check that page approximately once an hour while the authorization is active.
- Each load is read with fixed rules: origin, destination, dates, equipment, rate, weight and your contact details.
- NEXO presents relevant loads, with your company name and contact information, to registered drivers whose profile fits the opportunity.
- Each load leaves the list when its pickup time passes.
- Interested drivers contact your team directly by phone to discuss the load and agree on the terms with you.
Your consent
When you reply YES to our invitation, or send us loads after it, you agree to these terms. A YES to our permission request is your written permission for the page it names. We retain that message as the record of your consent or permission.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any of our emails, or open the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them. Your stop request applies to all of our email and ends the reading of your page. Loads you sent before leave the list when they expire.
What we keep and for how long
- Company name, DOT and MC numbers, and the email address we wrote to.
- Your replies and load lists, for 180 days.
- The record of your consent or permission and of any stop request, for as long as NEXO operates, so that your stop request is honored.
